Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Commitment to Quality

At CadetIQ NCC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital study materials and seamless OMR simulators to help cadets prepare effectively. We want you to be confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a free demo to experience our platform before making any payment.

2. Digital Goods and Access

Because our platform provides immediate digital access to specialized mock tests, PYQs, and premium study content upon successful payment, standard cancellations or "change of mind" requests cannot be accommodated once access has been granted. Therefore, under normal circumstances, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Fair Refund Eligibility

We value fairness. You are completely eligible for a 100% refund in the following exceptional scenarios:

Technical Failure: If you successfully paid for a course but the platform failed to grant you access due to a technical error on our servers, and our team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
Double Deduction: If your payment method was charged twice for the same transaction due to a gateway glitch.

To claim a refund in these cases, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that we cannot process refunds for the following reasons:

Purchasing the wrong certificate level (e.g., buying 'C' instead of 'B'). However, our support team may assist you in swapping the course if you haven't started taking the tests.
Not finding time to study or utilize the mock tests before the examination.
Failure to pass the actual NCC examination. Our platform provides preparatory tools, but individual results depend entirely on the cadet's personal effort.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please send an email to cadetiqncc@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]". Please attach your payment receipt and a brief explanation of the technical issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
